HartHeals
“where passion is the purpose, and healing follows”
“HartHeals is an evolution of my former heels classes called ‘HartHeels’. I started teaching independently in 2019 and absolutely loved having a creative space that was my own crafted venture. There, I was able to train people looking to gain confidence and dance skills in a down to earth environment alongside a genuine and grounded community.
Over the course of the pandemic, it became clear to me that ‘HartHeels’ was more than heels dance classes. It has become a space where I can offer collaboration, personalized coaching, and accountability for those looking to venture further outside of their comfort zone and to dive deeper into their passion and purpose.
In regards to my slogan above...
I believe my role in helping others is to not only lead by example, but also find ways to open conversation. It is to incite honesty, to allow vulnerability, and to add other tangible approaches that help to break mental, emotional, and physical roadblocks through challenging our ‘comfort zones’.
I believe that dance and movement training should be accessible to all and HartHeals is a platform through which to grow personally, creatively, and artistically. Along the journey, we collaborate and create a symbiotic relationship. HartHeals isn’t here to have all the answers, but it’s a space for us to find them together.
I hope you join us."
